The style of painting is impressionism. The painterly translation suggests rather than defines the subject, using just enough hard edges to bring the viewer into the painting, employing soft and lost edges in the process without killing the imagination….

Thank you for your interest in my paintings
I am a professional artist based in London. After graduating from art college, I went on a journey of exploring and experimenting with various mediums and styles of painting. My artistic influences have come mainly from the early impressionist movement of the 19th century.
As an impressionist painter, I seek to combine the physicality of what I see with my own emotional response to the subjects that I paint, which are mainly figurative, cityscapes, Equestrian, and nostalgic art. But I also sometimes explore the concept of abstraction. Often a narrative theme is explored. My creative process has been informed by my travels to different parts of the world, from the quiet contemplative parts of the city to the bustling life and colour of Times Square or Piccadilly.
