Incredibly powerful tool for song writing and beat making - workflow has a learning curve, but it becomes intuitive.  Build quality is solid, pads feel great to play, and the I/O is quite good.  Can serve as a great focal point for a music production setup.  For me, I'm dialing back my production setup, and I'm just not using the Maschine like I should.  Highly recommend the Native Instruments eco system - a lot of high quality audio and plugins at your disposal, and it's all seamless when working with the Mk3 hardware.
