This animated plush toy is a must-have for any Disney 101 Dalmatians fan. It features the lovable character Oddball from the movie 102 Dalmatians and comes with a Little Dipper accessory. Made by Mattel in 2000, this plush is in great shape and ready for a new home. It is recommended for ages 3+ and would make a great addition to any collection.

They used to have motion, but haven’t been tested since last year around September , CONSIDER THEM NOT TESTED AS OF NOW.
