Very Rare Vintage Old Soviet Medicak White Blood Cell Counter (Arithmometr) ZMA KIEV Mechanical Adding Machine Made in USSR 1960s

The adding machine (medical arithmometer) white blood cell counter is in fairly good condition for its age, showing signs of age and use.  All the buttons work and the switch on the right side too, it looks like the device is fully working.  Unfortunately, I don’t know how to use such a device, but I think you can find instructions on YouTube and Google.
