This is an interesting little hand fan MONTURE, 1900, French. It has tons of pink steel piqué.  They are shiny pink on the sticks, but tarnished on the guards. The intact rivet holds 2 MOP studs and a decorative brass ribbon loop.  I wish I could have seen this when it was new.

Size - 7 1/2"  tall by about 13" wide. with 4 1/2 inch brin area.  There are 14 sticks. Condition - Monture has one repair at bottom of left guard, pique on guards is tarnished, a few missing. Fan awaits a new leaf. Wanna help?
