A Note on Negative Feedback : There has been a problem with the account which has resulted in purchased items not appearing in the 'Paid and Dispatched' order section - in effect making the order invisible to us. The first we have been aware of the order has been either through an 'item not received' case being opened, or negative feedback being received. We have had to go through every sale over the past 4 months cross checking the dispatch and the orders ( visible only through the 'All Orders' section of the dispatch control panel to see which orders had been made and not allocated into the 'Awaiting Dispatch' section. This has obviously resulted in a lot of confusion, and negative feedback. Ebay are aware of the problem and their IT department is dealing with it. In the interim, we are cross checking all orders via the 'All Orders' section to ensure all new orders are dispatched quickly.
