This item is not factory sealed but in factory new shows no signs of wear or use for intended purpose. The item is in near mint cosmetic condition and in perfect working order. I do have 4 of these, one has a bad button it’s the one in the pictures, the first three units purchased will have a functioning button, the very last one will be the unit shown in the pictures .
