VTG 50s Fink Original Ivory Satin Lace and Tulle Tea length Wedding Dress with Hoop Half- Slip

This is a lovely vintage dress with Raised Wing-Tip Collar, 24 Button Back with all loop closures in good condition.
The long sleeves have 6 buttons each which have loop closures in good condition as well.
The dress is clean and I haven't found any soil stains.
Here is what I have found:
The left sleeve has a couple stains at the inner wrist and a hole in the top layer of lace netting as shown in one of the photos.
I believe that this would be hidden when worn.
The lace flowers on the chest area and back need to either be tacked down or replaced.
These are the only issues found with the dress.
The dress measures lying flat:
16.5" from underarm to underarm- Double this
13" waist- remember to double this as well
14" shoulder to waist
49" Long from shoulder to hem
14.5" shoulder seam to shoulder seam
18" Sleeve inseam
25.5" sleeve length from shoulder to point of sleeve
The hoop slip is by Hoops! My dear and is made in USA of Rayon Netting.
The slip measures
8"-14" waist (double this)
Approximately 33" Long from waist to hem -hard to measure
