Vintage semi-stiff Van Heusen collar, RAF blue.  Style 11-RAF.  Made in England, around the time of the Second World War.  The packets and the wording/numbers on the collars vary slightly.

Condition: Unused vintage collar, still in its original waxed packet and in beautiful condition.
