Grade D - The screen is broken (cracked) and there is damage to the casing. There is no keyboard supplied.

This laptop is an ex-corporate machine so will have some minor cosmetic marks on the lid, screen, casing and covers as well as signs of previous use.

Grade A - Excellent condition, may be new and unused    
Grade B - Used, tested in working order and good condition    
Grade C - Used, tested in working order. May have cosmetic marks/scratches.      
Grade D - Used, passes power up testing but unable to test further.
Grade E - Untested - for spares and repairs
