Dougie Mac Hospice - What We Do...

Dougie Mac provides all hospice services free of charge to over 3,500 patients with life- limiting illnesses each year in Stoke-On-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding villages, also offering support and care to their families and carers. We help adults living with cancer and none-cancer life limiting illnesses such as advanced heart failure, Dementia, motor neurone disease and incurable lung diseases.

Can you combine my order?

UK Orders
Yes, with the majority of our items we can certainly look at combining your UK orders. Please contact our team before paying for your order and we can look at amending your invoice.

International Orders
All of our international postage is controlled via eBay's Global Shipping Programme, they directly manage all of our combined postage. At checkout, your items should automatically combine into one postage cost for you. If this doesn't happen, please contact eBay customer services.

How long to I have to pay for my order?

We ask that payment is made within 4 working days of the order being placed. 

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch items within 1-2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. In busy periods, this may extend to 3-4 working days of receiving payment.

Can you hold onto my order?

No, unfortunately we cannot hold on to any orders. All of our orders must be dispatched once paid.

What is your Returns Policy?

We accept returns from UK buyers started within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the item has been returned to us, you will be refunded. If you wish to return the item because you have changed your mind about it, you are responsible for paying the return postage cost. We are very sorry, but we are unable to accept returns from international buyers.
