The Gamine label doesn't rush to put out music - this is only its seance EP in two years - but what it does unleash into the world is always of a high quality. YU is behind these beats starting with 'Absoluting Rain' which pairs a gritty low end with popping drums and colourful synths that stream above the beats. '12' is another one that marries a physical low end with heady synth work and carries a real sense of mystery in the pads.
