Silver plated ladies pendant fob watch (opens one side) in a vintage style, featuring a white watch face with arabic numerals in black with an hour, minute and second hand. The case is set with a genuine natural unique heather gem measuring 23mm x 23mm, the whole watch measures 44mm x 29mm. The watch comes complete with a matching chain measuring 76cm 30 inches long.

How it is made

The Scottish wild heather is picked then the stems are shot blasted to remove the bark.  The cleaned stems are then dyed various colours in a vacuum chamber.  The coloured stems are then mixed, put in a hydraulic press and compressed into a block.  The heather block is then cut into slices and individual pieces are cut, shaped, filled and sanded by skilled craftworkers before being lacquered to give the final finish.
