It is essentially new.

It is in excellent condition. My son only used it for 2 months for his daughter until he moved back to Australia.

If my son had known it was this good, he would have bought it sooner. It did really make a difference to them as their daughter would not go to sleep unless held. He is a paediatric doctor and would definitely recommend this for any parents.
