Purchases

Many of our listings are for faulty, damaged or untested items. Any information included in our listing is based upon our tests, while something might be working when we test it or list it, it's very hard to expect some faulty things to last as long as an item in good working order. Please bare in mind that these items are tested for current working conditions and we can not speculate on the length of time something may or may not work afterwards. I.e a smartphone with a cracked screen might test and work perfectly well, but with repeated use and cracks open to the elements or moisture, dust and grease it may well fail without maintenance or immediate attention. This is fair warning and simply to temper customers' expectations. Everything we sell will have no user information on, iCloud, Bitlocker or FRP locks unless otherwise SPECIFICALLY STATED in the listing.


Shipping - We ship via Royal Mail and DPD only. We only ship inside the UK and will not consider shipping outside. If you are a buyer from outside the UK, perhaps consider using the eBay Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Generally speaking smaller items will be dispatched via Royal Mail and they are always sent Tracked. Larger items, or sales with multiple lithium batteries are shipped via DPD. Please note we do not offer collections or drop offs. 


Problems with listing - We make every effort to make sure everything in our listings are correct, if you’ve purchased something, please inspect it upon arrival and if there is an error inform us so we can rectify it quickly. We only issue full refunds upon return of the entire listing, we will not issue part-refunds. It’s important to recognise the buyer will need to return everything sold in-order to process a refund. 


Working Hours - Monday- Friday 10am - 5:00pm. Weekends we are closed, so messages will be responded to when we open again. We are closed for Bank Holidays.
