These are 2 old wheels.  Each say on the sides - Pincor, Pioneer Gen-E-Motor Corp., Chicago, Illinois.  The wheels are heavy metal centers and a hard rubber wheel.

They measure about 10 1/2" in diameter overall and the center axle hole is 3/4" in diameter.

They are in good condition with some wear and rust.
