1953. Illustrated Memories of a Summer Holiday spent by David Else and Anthony Mitchell in France and Italy. Mainly on the Isle of St Marguente.

An album of nearly 50 pages. Compact size 20cm by 16cm. Hardback covers securely bound. Internally securely bound.

Most of the photographs are small but some are larger including a few the full size of the page. Most are securely attached but some of the larger photos have worked loose.

An interesting album in that the photographs are identified with labels plus there are additional written notes on the facing pages. 

Sometimes the notes occupy a full page, but they tend to be briefer later in the album. It's an interesting record of what was clearly an important personal experience.

Most pages of the album have been filled but there are a few unused pages, so you probably have about 40 pages of photos and notes.
