As stated a defective copy, lacking all before c3 [which includes the title], main body of text largely presented with a jump in signatures between f and h [lacking gathering "g"]  p. 229 torn in half with loss to the lower half, back leaves defective [see photos], with t3 pasted to the back board, p292detached and torn with loss. back gathering then to the gutter with some loss. soiling and dusting to the pages with period ink marginalia [16th c]. c3 with tears to the upper part.
