Description
Product introduction
Six Hayabusa-type missile boats were built between 2002 and 2004 as the successor to the No. 1 missile boat. The
stealth-friendly sharp fleet boasts a high speed of 44 knots by propelling water jets with three gas turbines. The armed forces are equipped with 62-bore 76mm single guns with the first stealth-type shields of the Maritime Self-Defense Force and two series launch tubes with 90 ship-to-ship guided missiles. The fourth boat, Kumataka, was commissioned in March 2003.
I am currently a member of the Ominato Regional Force. The
kit is a precise reproduction of the Hayabusa shape, including the sharp bow of a high-speed boat, three water jet engines, and inclined main mast.
