The police car based on Toyota's Series 15 Crown sedan is modeled after the earlier type of security car and the final type of traffic masked car operated by the Osaka Prefectural Police.

The silver traffic mask used by the Osaka Prefectural Police's Traffic Task Force was deployed at the end of the late model, and the front red light inside the grill was abolished and an auto-cover type was installed in front of the grill.
