The Pirate Captain, played by Bruce Purchase, appeared in the season 16 serial The Pirate Planet.

Scaroth, played by Julian Glover, was the Doctor's opponent in the season 17 serial City of Death.  Although credited to 'David Agnew', this was a pseudonym.  The script was actually written by Douglas Adams, who was then the show's script editor, alongside Producer Graham Williams.

Both items are part of the Eaglemoss range of Doctor Who figurines, and each stand approximately four inches tall including the base.
