large and comprehensive volume, including indices, then 1408 pages of the main
part of the directory itself, followed by a list of the bankers of the United
Kingdom, and many pages of adverts.
Boards
& spine quite worn, with some loss to spine ends. Front board and first few pages detached from
main textblock. Pages in generally good
condition.
This
is a very rare volume which gives detailed information relating to places large
and small in the county of Yorkshire around 150 years ago. An invaluable research resource.
