This red cat pin is a nod to Brian Redmonds infamous racetrack cat.

This hard to find vintage pin is a funny tribute to the race track cat that took a liking to driver, Brian Redman, and was soon referred to as Brian’s cat. The story goes that when the cat died the raceway corner workers buried the cat at its favorite part of the track.

Today, between Station 9 and 10, you’ll find the final resting place of Brian Redman’s Cat marked with a large mound of rocks. a crude cross, and a headstone with the inscription “Here Lies Brian Redman’s Cat, The Bloodshot Blur With Fur.”
