Wendell Washer was one of the amazing animators who spent his life creating the shows and features we loved as children, working for Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, Filmation, Marvel and more. We were fortunate enough to acquire a large portion of the animation material from his estate.
Wendell had a very long history working on Disney's Winnie the Pooh. Earlier in his career he worked on some of the 1970's/1980's educational film strips all the way up to Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin (1997). He worked extensively on this film and we have a nice selection of the materials he used in production of this feature.
This is a full storyboard page (drawing) he used in production of the film. Note: some of the panels or sections of the page have been cut out and replaced or taped over with new panels. Wendell used tape on the back or front to put them together again and make the pages into whole pages.
Measures approx: 8.5" x 14".
Words and pictures within frames are drawn in graphite. WILL ship between cardboard.
