Raffle ticket advertising card was issued by POWELL & DOUGLAS,  Manufacturers of Hunting, Fishing and Pleasure Boats and Canoes, Waukegan, Illinois.  Powell & Douglas also manufactured wind mills and pumps. One of their boats was to be raffled in October, 1885. This ticket / trade card measures 2 5/8  x  4 7/8" and in in good condition with bends  at the bottom, right corner.  Removed from an album, there is minor surface loss on the reverse at the upper right. The card is age darkened. Both sides are shown enlarged in the scans.
