I am selling a rare “Bear Pride, San Francisco” t-shirt vintage 1993, size small in good condition. Design by bear cartoonist Fran Frisch (1948-2001).

“Fran, the globally recognized Artist known as FRISCH, was the first Artist to put a Bear on a T-Shirt (entitled Can U Bear it?) and thereby created a visual identity in 1988 for the emerging Bear Subculture in the Gay Community. His “Beartoons” and his pioneering efforts supporting and growing the Bear Community earned him his “Beartoonist of San Francisco” reputation.”

“He was involved in producing the Bear Expo (1992–1994) and International Bear Rendezvous (1995–2007). In addition, he was a founding member of Bears of San Francisco and created logos and graphics for San Francisco and other bear organizations and events.”

It only has one flea bite hole at it the bottom of the shirt (see pic). T-shirt is in good worn condition.

The item will be very carefully packaged and shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.

All items I sell are guaranteed to be as described and pictured, or your payment will be refunded upon return of the item in its original condition.
