It shows some light signs of wear (down firing enclosure under a truck seat) to the rubber surround and dustcap but nothing too horrible. 

These are excellent subwoofers and are one of the few still made in the USA. I have a pair of them in most of my vehicles but this one is an extra I no longer need.
