Welcome Home Santa Colorado Rockies is brand-new, and the box is open, and the figurine of Santa as seen on the picture is wrapped in a protective foam type material that is wrapped for the protection of the figurine. The age of this product is unknown to me because I do not want to break the seal on the wrapping that could reveal all the data to me and for the next owner of this piece, I will keep in sealed being that it is being sold as new other.
