Vintage 60’s-70’s Wedding Dress White Lace Sleeves Empire Waist Taffeta Bodice.

Lovely vintage wedding dress with empire waist with ribbon bow and pearl embellishment. Clean with no stains, rips or holes. Lower hem has some darkening on the inside. This is an estate sale find and I did not wash this dress. Sorry there is no tag so please make note of the measurements.

The upper half is a lace overlay with some iridescent sequins on one side that covers the chest area. The long sleeves are made of lace. The bodice is a taffeta-like material ( not heavy) with a lace runner going down the front. There is a stiffer light/medium weight interface material on the inside that gives it a bit of body. There is a long metal zipper going down the back for east on and off.

Measurements are taken carefully but approx.

All measurements are taken while garment is laying flat

Bust is 19.5” across armpit to armpit.

Waist is 16” across seam to seam where lace meets bodice right below the ribbon bow at waist. Waistline is not gathered in the front but it is gathered in the back and measures 14” across the back from seam to seam. I’ve taken the measuring tape all the way around and it measures approximately 28-29”.

Outer Sleeve is 23”

I believe this borders between a size medium and a large. I will take offers on this dress after being listed for a week or two.

This dress sold as-is. Thank you for looking!

Happy Hunting for that special dress!
