Your completed design should be ready to send to us. One design per order only. Design work is not included.

Shortly after you have placed your order you can send your artwork via the Etsy messaging. (We recommend supplying a PDF, JPG or PNG file). If your file is not complete or it needs something adding or changing, or the size/shape is incorrect, please contact us prior to ordering, as an additional fee may be required for us to fix your artwork.

Your artwork should be a complete, final print-ready file. We recommend supplying a PDF or High-Quality JPG or PNG file. Please make sure your artwork contains a 3mm bleed. The supplied file should be 154mm x 111mm, which we then trim down to 148mm x 105mm. Keep text and logos within a safe margin of at least 3mm from all page edges. Flatten all layers and transparencies and embed or outline all fonts. We use the following CMYK colour profile for printing Leaflets and Flyers. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need any help or advice with artwork setup.

We'll contact you if we find a problem with your artwork file or if we need you to double-check something before printing. Please respond as soon as possible because we want to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

If you receive your order and find a problem, please contact us as we will be happy to help. We can always find a solution to any problem.

Please note: If you do not send us your artwork within 24 hours of ordering, your order may be delayed.

We are happy to replace an order where we have made errors, as long as they are reported within 10 days after the item has been delivered. We will not accept returns if the item is not in the original packaging or used.

No returns are accepted for this listing unless we are to blame for the error.
