This is an 8 3/4” X 11 1/4”, 298 page hardcover book. It was not published with a dust jacket. This is the first printing, published in 2000. The book is signed by Charles Pate.  

Condition: Very good. The text block is near perfect. The corners have modest bumps. The worst of these can be seen in picture #2.
