He's a cute little beaded man. Bead on his head,  I think that's lucite or bakelite. I'm having trouble researching this one. He is very cute. I think you could hang him off a keychain really anything you wanted. Someone said he looks like a policeman. To me, he is just very cute. I saw two others on eBay. Couldn't find one on Google lens. I really wish I knew more about him. He's in very good shape considering age. The bead or the round thing on top of his head is translucent. His eyes are hand painted on. Thanks for looking
