"The Master Plan of Doctor Doom!' is by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby with inks by George Roussos (using the name George Bell).  This is the 8th appearance of Victor von Doom in a Marvel comic.  This issue also features the first appearances of Bull Brogin, Yogi Dakor and Harry Phillips, otherwise known as the Terrible Trio.  A good story by Lee and Kirby/
