Neat, antique Victorian 1880s Frozen Charlotte bisque doll. She’s got black paint on her that has faded from age. Also her left foot has chipped. She measures 1” 1/4 inches tall by 1/4 wide. And has some rusting on the top of her head along with the paint wear.
