Crazy horse leather is colored by immersing full grain cowhide into oil and wax, thus each pore of cowhide absorbs the dye and its color won't peel off. The process leads to the leather color vary when it is folded or rubbed. Color change looks like "scratches" which can be removed by raw rubber.
