I found 5 of these in a old house in Ca, years ago. After looking in to the history of  Evan's Mercantile Store in Happy Camp
Evan's was one of the  founding father of this gold mining town ''Happy Camp"  Before it was happy camp they called it 
Murders gulch, people were finding gold but getting robbed before cashing in there Gold. Name changed when the town 
started, One of the first stores was Even's , He supplied the miners with Picks, shovels,  pans, Levi's, what ever you 
needed to go Gold mining ,      I listed 1 last month sold for 101.00 .
