Used and working, quite a bit heavier and less 'nudge-able' when you sit it on the paper :-), the name plate is missing but that doesn't affect its operation.
To be super accurate in your focus take a piece of paper(used/fixed) and stick it to the base of the magnifier this way the focus will be exactly on the paper plane rather than the easel itself.
