In good used condition. To me it seems like a relatively close copy of the parka the Bundeswehr introduced a few years earlier. All in all, a very good piece of gear!

According to the tag, this parka is made for somebody with a height between 1.7 (5'5) and 1.85 (6'1) meters tall, with a 80 (31 inch) to 90 (35 inch) chest. Includes the liner as well, which is a bit hard to source by itself.
