This rare item dates to the 1920's/1930's and is the yellow-colored glass mirror bottom pen holder from Schaeffer's, it has the tag on the one side. This has the Hard Plastic Bakelite pen holder with a brass band and this does have a crack, so please note that the pen holder part has a hairline crack and is AS IS, but you can only see this with a magnifying glass and when you look for it thoroughly. This measures 3-3/4" X 5-1/4" on the glass base and is in good condition overall.
