This superb 6” (15cm) square Carter Tile was made
at Poole Pottery in the 1930’s and decorated in the very hard to find
Caller Herrin pattern
The tile is nicely framed and ready to hang, overall
the frame is 6.75” (17cm) square
There is some age related crazing to the tile but it
is otherwise in nice clean condition with no cracks, chips or restoration
This tile has not been wall mounted so is in much
better condition than usual, they are generally quite badly damaged with messy
adhesive on the back on the rare occasions they come up for sale and it will
make a fine addition to your collection or a lovely gift
