Billings Spencer Open End Wrench No 2150 ca. 1915 - 1926, 16" long.
An early Billings 2150 open-end wrench, with the standard early markings on the face and the B-Triangle logo forged into the shank.
The overall length is 16 inches, and the finish is plain steel.
The opposite face markings "1 U.S.S." for the larger opening and "1O 3/4 U.S.S." for the smaller opening.
References to the older U.S.S. and Hex Capscrew conventions.
