This is a gorgeous ONE OF A KIND Handmade Wooden Cross, made from Arizona Desert Ironwood You will not ever see another.

The cross has beautiful Native American designs hand burned into the wood and filled with natural genuine turquoise. 

The base is also solid Ironwood, which is native here in Arizona.

The Arizona desert ironwood wood is one of the most hard/dense wood you can find.  A single piece has weight to it. 

The center (darker area) is as hard as steel.  It's very hard to work with and cut.  When you cut into a section of the tree and look at the inside, you can see the gorgeous colors, it looks hand painted and polished.

This wood is very rare, expensive to buy (if your looking to cut pieces to work with yourself). It's the oldest native plant here in AZ and in Sonora.
