I bought this back in 1991 and it’s never been worn. The hanging Cesar Tag that this was used to hang on the store peg is still attached. Inside the mask is a plastic mask inside that was used to help the mask keep its shape. Amazingly enough that is still attached - see pics with the pen pointing to the plastic that attaches the inside mask.

I’ve looked over this pretty extensively and it is legit in new condition!
