Very cute dress. New with tags. I could not locate fabric tag. Appears to be a cotton/poly blend. Fabric is like a lightweight T shirt. Chest 18 inches across Waist 15 inches Length 32.5 inches (from back of neck to bottom) Also LOL surprise full tulle skirt Size XL Waist 12.5 inches Length 23 inches _______________________________________________________________________ FINE PRINT: My home is smoke-free but not pet-free.
