Monster House Young DJ always knew there was something strange about the old Nebbercracker house across the street. When the house becomes a living, breathing monster, DJ enlists his pals Chowder and Jenny to learn the secret that keeps the house alive. Suddenly, they find themselves in a hair-raising battle with an unstoppable entity and must save the neighbourhood from total devastation. Open Season When a domesticated grizzly bear called Boog (voice of Martin Lawrence) gets lured into leaving the creature comforts of home by a fast-talking mule deer named Elliott (voice of Ashton Kutcher), he finds himself lost in the woods just three days before hunting season begins. Forced to rough it in the great outdoors, Boog goes native, rallying all the forest animals to take back their home and send the hunters packing. The Grinch Festive family comedy directed by Ron Howard. The Grinch (Jim Carrey) is a grouchy green monster who lives high up on a mountain overlooking the town of Whoville. The Grinch hates happiness, hates merriment, and most of all, hates Christmas. So one year, as the festive season approaches, he decides that enough is enough and draws up plans to steal all of the decorations and presents from the poor, unsuspecting citizens below. Does this mean the residents of Whoville won't be celebrating this year? Not if little Cindy Lou (Taylor Momsen) has anything to do with it. Surf's Up Come join Cody, a Rockhopper penguin, as he journeys from his home in Shiverpool, Antarctica, to take part in the Big Z Memorial Surf-Off on beautiful Pen Gu Island. During his adventure he meets many new friends, including surf nut Chicken Joe and spirited lifeguard Lani. Cody believes that winning is everything until he meets Geek, an old, washed-up pro surfer, who may just show Cody that a true winner isn’t always the one who comes in first. |
