5. Exchange/ Return

1) Exchange/Refund request may not be available without customer's unboxing video.

3) In order to receive additional missing products, you must follow the procedure below.

- Please understand that you have to film a video before opening, and if you don't have it, it may be difficult to pay additionally.
- Before opening the delivery box/delivery vinyl tape, please take a picture of the front, back, and sides of the delivery box/delivery vinyl.
- Please take a picture of all the components of the product you ordered so that the missing components can be checked through the unboxing video.
- If there are signs of tearing the box tape or opening the box, it may be difficult to make further payments in that regard.
