There are some black painted spots on Rapunzel's feet like someone tried to paint toe nails.

 Incomplete. They just have what clothing is on them and the clothing infront of them.

They are used. Playworn. Hair ratty on them. Rapunzel is in a bigger Rapunzel's dress.
