This is a rare large, 40cm. diam., charger / dish from Poole Pottery made in the early 2000s. from a design by 'spoon bender' Uri Geller called The Lover's, Blue Mood and issued as a limited edition of just 1000. This piece was passed as a seconds by Poole due to a tiny fleck in the glaze as shown in the last picture. The charger is still signed by Uri Geller, but it doesn't have a limited edition number. But, as you can see from the original Poole Pottery price label on the back, this plate was sold for a mere £165.00, instead of the first quality price of £250.00, a real bargain.

As Poole collectors ourselves we bought this because having spotted it, we couldn't leave a rare item behind. It doesn't really fit with our C.S.A Deco collection, or the few freeform pieces he have, so it's time to move it on to someone who will appreciate it for what it is.
