This is a new old stock proto Axis pro access pack. This was new ears, a new strap, and a new frame in a certain pattern. This is the Hollywood pattern in black, not like as the tag says.

Everything looks new, the ears may have been mounted on a mask at one point for testing, as you can see slight screw indents.
