HOFNER Ignition Bass Left Handed
This is in excellent condition. I'm selling it because I haven't really used it much since purchasing it, and it's been stored in the closet.
The knobs have been replaced with teacup-style ones. The original knobs (seen in photo 13) will be included.
There are no cracks in the neck or body joint.
Personally, I feel that the set-up of this bass (with the neck and body joint) is sturdier compared to the vintage violin bass I own (a 1970's 500/1), which has a different type of joint with a gap for the strap.
The gig bag is still usable, but it has some damage (shown in photos 17-18-19, focusing on the same area from the inside, close-up, and outside). There are several small holes.
I'll include a BASSMAN sticker (seen in photo 15). As you may know, the standard way to place it is as shown in photo 16.
There's no neck warp. I haven't adjusted the truss rod. The frets haven't worn down since purchase.
It's a used item in nearly new condition, but there's a slight dullness on the metal parts that may not be visible in the photos.
It's not brand new. It's a relatively clean used item in excellent condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you're sensitive or overly particular.
